Corduroy Road is a young band from Winnipeg, Canada. Drawng heavily from The Tragically Hip and a wide variety of other musical influences, their blues-rock style gives their music a soul without the generic commercialism of current pop or modern "alternative" rock. The result of their hard work and love for the music is a sound which is difficult to describe and must be heard to be fully appreciated.

Recent Notes/News:
Sept. 16th: Hello everybody, it's been a while since the site has been changed, sorry. The band is currently in hiatus because Mike is doing some real work in Whitehorse. No worries though, they'll be back eventually and the rest of the boys continue to practice in the mean time. To tide you over until the reunion tour I'll try to get some more mp3's and pictures to post.
Oct. 2nd: I've added a small selection of songs from the live at Alfie's performance. The sound quality is a little rough but available recording technology at the bar was limited. Enjoy and special thanks to Ed Casar for the stealthy recording.
